Bachelor degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington Double major in Accounting and Technology Management Graduated May of 2014 I graduated in 4 years with 150 credit hours, which allowed me to take all 4 CPA exams February through August of 2014. I passed all 4 CPA exams on my first attempt.
Experience
I became a tutor for the Kelley School of Business "The Computer in Business" class during my Freshman year, the semester after I took the class myself. The course teaches Microsoft Excel and Access skills. I then became a Teaching Assistant for the course during my Sophomore year. I was chosen to be lead TA during my Junior year and Senior year I was asked to teach my own section of the class. I then taught the course with my own TA Senior year. I double-majored in Accounting and Technology Management, giving me the applicable skills to understand how Microsoft Excel and Access can be most efficiently utilized in the business environment. I currently work at a Big 4 accounting firm have experienced first-hand how important Excel and Access skills are to all aspects of business. I am passionate about Microsoft Excel and Access and love teaching others. These tools are imperative to be successful in the current business environment. During high school and college I also coached gymnastics. I coached the Level 4 team (ages 8 - 12) as well as the toddler classes (ages 18 months - 4 years old). I love coaching and working with young kids. I have experience working with kids as well as college students. My real-world experience in the business world has taught me the importance of sound technological skills.
