I'm presently a 9th grade English teacher in York, South Carolina. I've taught all ranges of students from remedial to honors. I've also taught 11th grade British Literature. I'm confident that I can teach a variety of ability levels and complex texts. I want to be a tutor because the best way to teach students is one-on-one. I'm a great tutor because I understand how to break down the material for students in a way that they can understand. Hobbies

I'm a very outgoing person and easy to get along with. My students usually identify me as one of their favorite teachers because they find me caring and personable-- but also disciplined. In the evenings, you'll likely find me reading or cooking. I love to do both. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. I'm originally from Cincinnati, Ohio-- so you'll also find me cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, although I consider myself a Panthers fan too :)
