Education
Education is important to me and I am constantly learning new things. That aspect of discovery was something I took the classroom when I taught college students and when I trained my teams when I worked in retail. This mindset is also why I earned 3 degrees. I have a Master's of Fine Arts degree in Cinema/Television from Regent University, a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Theology from Holy Light College of Bible.
Experience
It's very exciting for me when I see someone finally 'get it'--when that spark goes off in their eyes because I helped them understand something--especially if they either struggled to understand the subject or learned something they didn't know. I took that passion to the classroom and the workplace as a manager and trainer. As a tutor, I am able to figure out what the student struggles with and what he/she needs to learn. I use creativity and patience as I strategize how and what I should teach. I easily gather information, decipher it for the client and teach it to the student.
