I currently have two bachelor's degrees to my credit. One is from North Carolina State University, where I earned a degree in criminology. I also have a B.A. in Spanish, with a minor in education of a foreign language for kindergarten through grade 12, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After I graduated from high school, I started tutoring. I started by traveling to places like Brazil, Costa Rica, and the Bahamas, tutoring students in Spanish along the way. I have done the same in various locations throughout the United States. My students have ranged everywhere from elementary school to adult in age. Many students find learning a second language to be stressful, as it can be a lot to grasp all at once. I believe, however, that learning a new language can be fun when the material is presented in an easily digestible manner. As a result, I aim to make the learning process enjoyable so that students get the most out of it. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going out with friends, watching Netflix, traveling, and doing arts and crafts.
