Education
Bachelors of FIne Arts from Liberty University. I have a music degree with an emphasis on vocal performance as well as a minor in Psychology. GPA was 3.5 while working to pay for school 20 hours per week. I had the privilege of working in after school programs and community outreach programs teaching elementary school kids to read and learn phonics.
Experience
Since my graduation in 2007 I have spent the last 8 years teaching Piano, Voice and Violin to a host of students age 3-age 68. I have developed theater and show choir programs as well as directed 15 theater productions. I have extensive sewing and costume construction skills as well. I have worked in numerous theaters and educational settings and believe that education is an individual experience. Not every student learns the same way, therefore my approach to your learning will not be the same as someone else!
