Freshman English tutor/teacher aid my first year of college. Positions are tested in to. I want to be a tutor because everyone learns differently. Everyone has the mental capacity to obtain knowledge and I want to help them maximize their ability to absorb information by finding how they learn. As a senior in high school, I took a tutoring class that allowed me to travel to local elementary schools to help tutor students that needed a little extra attention after school. I have taken: math courses as high as Trigonometry, Reading courses that include British lit and Classic American lit, writing courses as high as College Sophomore Essays (Tested out of all Freshman English courses) I took Chemistry paired with physics for my pyrotechnics minor
