I want to be a tutor because I want to help kids excel in the subjects they feel uncomfortable with in order for them to stay motivated and positive about going to school. I have taken numerous classes in various subjects through the years and have a wide range of subjects I can help with. In high school I took AP, honor, and college level courses, including: AP US History, AP Composition, English Honors, and AP Biology. I have completed 5 years of Spanish and 2 years of Italian. In the subject of math I have taken algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, statistics, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and calculus. In science and have taken earth science, oceanography, biology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology 1 and 2, chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry. In college I have also taken classes in English, history, psychology, and sociology.
