From UNC-Wilmington, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with University Honors. I also graduated with a minor in forensic science. I was able to do all of this in four years. I graduated with a 3.56. I am currently a graduate student in Biology at UNC-Charlotte. I will graduate with my Masters in May 2018.
Experience
Most of my tutoring experience has come from helping friends throughout my time in school as well as being a teaching assistant at UNCC. This semester I am a lecture assistant for Animal Physiology. I create the study sessions based on feedback I have gathered from students in order to increase their grade in the class. Not only have I worked with undergraduates, when I was in Wilmington I taught adolescents a drug and alcohol prevention curriculum.

Hobbies
My main love and passion is science. The chemistry classes I took at UNCW were some of my favorite classes. I love learning more about the field. I am currently in Plant Biology but I hope to go to Medical School as well as get my Ph.D. in the next few years. I would love to combine both of these interests and study plant benefits in a biomedical sense. In my free time I love hanging out with my cat Sirius, named after Sirius Black from the Harry Potter series!
